THE FOUR COMPONENTS OF FITNESS

I. AEROBIC FITNESS

The ability to take in and use Oxygen is a measure of how aerobically fit you are. The more oxygen you can use, the more fat and calories you will burn. Aerobic exercises increases muscle tone, heart efficiency, lung efficiency, lowers blood fats, lowersblood pressure, and reduces stress. What is your target zone? Why do you need to stay within? I will tell you.

II. MUSCULAR STRENGTH AND ENDURANCE

Lack of muscular strength and endurance will make you lose the war with gravity and can lead to injury, low back problems, and abdominal problems. Resistance training will help in your fight against these problems as well as slow down muscular atrophy that naturally occurs with aging.

You will tone and shape your muscles, have a more attractive body, increase your metabolism, burn more calories throughout the day, reduce your body fat, fight bone lossbe able to do everyday activities with more ease, boost your self confidence and so much more. what and how much strength training do you need? III. FLEXIBILITY

Flexibility increases your range of motion, may help prevent strains and spurs, improve circulation, and reduce or retard arthritic problems. I will tell you how much and what type of stretching is best for you.

IV. NUTRITION

Diets Don't Work!! When weight is controlled by diets alone, less than 5% are succesful!! Supplements are not the solution. "A poor diet supplemented is still a poor diet." What you need is a plan for life. I will help you get started on the right track.
